  • The audit is a structured diagnostic process used to identify exactly where caregiver services are breaking down within your organization.

    This is conducted through a modified Performance Diagnostic Checklist (PDC) interview and targeted data review.

  • Training is flexible and tailored to your organization’s structure and needs.

    • Live Virtual Training Sessions
       Delivered in group formats or smaller team-based cohorts

    • 1:1 or Small Group Coaching
       Targeted support for clinicians or supervisors who require additional skill development

    • Leadership-Only Training
       Focused on supervision, performance management, and sustaining the model

    • Organization-Wide Training
       Ensuring consistency across all clinicians delivering caregiver services (RBTs, BCBA, Clinical directors, admin, etc.).

    • Includes 1 Virtual or In Person training session, capped at 60 minutes, followed by a 30 minute Q & A session after the team has had time to implement new strategies.
