Family Clarity Session

A one time consultation to get caregivers on the right foot, whether that is guidance on teaching a new, specific skill or immediate strategies to decrease a problem behavior.

Includes:

  • One 45–60 minute BCBA-led coaching session

  • Specific and individualized recommendations provided to caregivers to address concerns

  • Immediate, actionable steps to decrease one specific behavior or gain one new skill

Best For: Families targeting a specific behavior or skill (toileting, feeding routines, transitions, behavior reduction), caregivers who need a professional, unbiased sounding board or to troubleshoot a strategy/system they are already using.

Family Support Series

$750

A supportive three-session program designed to help families make fast, meaningful progress in 2-3 priority areas, with clear steps and personalized coaching.

Includes:

  • Three 45–60 minute BCBA-led coaching sessions

  • Specific and individualized recommendations provided to caregivers to address concerns

  • Unlimited email support between scheduled sessions

  • Focused support for 2-3 priority skills or behaviors

Best For: Families targeting a specific behavior or skill (toileting, feeding routines, transitions, reduce challenging behavior), caregivers wanting short-term, targeted support and parents ready to implement strategies between sessions. Additional coaching sessions available for existing clients at $225/session following the last session if requested by caregivers.

  • Custom Behavior Cheat Sheets (Child-Specific) — Mini “playbook” for common problem behaviors like throwing, hair pulling, whining, bolting, etc. Step-by-step response strategies caregivers can follow.

  • Full Household Behavior Optimization Audit — BCBA will review videos/photos of the home and provide: recommendation for environment setup, sensory support, safety considerations, child proofing. Actionable steps to create a behavior-friendly home.

  • Travel Behavior Plan — Plans to support flights, road trips, hotels., etc. Anticipated triggers and prevention tips, packing list to keep children occupied, scripts for transitions and waiting, emergency calming strategies

  • Video Review Package — Concerns recorded by caregivers and reviewed by BCBA. Recommendations for immediate behavior change, suggested replacement skills.

  • Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) Review & Feedback

  • Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) Review & Feedback

  • IEP Meeting Attendance (Virtual) — includes one pre IEP session with family.
